”The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but having new eyes.” Marcel Proust
Everyone's' life is their own work of art. It is composed of a varied experiences – some full of light and joy and others more challenging.
I enjoy helping people access their personal inner resources to create the life they want. I am a clinical psychologist and art therapist, dedicated to helping individuals of all ages – child through adult – faced with emotional stress due to mental health issues, physical illness, family circumstances, trauma, and grief. I engage clients in a collaborative process of self-discovery on the way to finding personal positive coping strategies. In addition to my clinical background, I have experience researching evidence based treatments to improve care. I also have a commitment to public education and providing reliable and reasonable information to the broader public.
